Just wanted to post a thread for the BTA that came with my live rock I got from another reefer who was forced to break down his tank. Unfortunately this little guy spent a good chunk of time out of the water as he had a 2 hour ride back to my place in NY from CT.
By reading the threads on this forum I've been able to help him recover from the shock of being out of the water and moved into a new immature tank. For a while he wasn't looking so hot and after talking to my friend with a mature reef tank we were going to move him into his. Once I got my T-5 Tek fixture that made a world of difference though.
Anyway, wanted to say thanks to each of you for posting your knowledge regarding anemones. I found a lot of it helpful when trying to figure out what this guy was lacking in his environment, diet, light needs, etc. My tank is still young so it's not a perfect environment, but so far everyday the anemone is improving so it can't be that bad for him.
Here are some pics in my gallery so you can see his progress.
