Anemone releasing red slime and not looking good

I've had this Condi for about a month and It has been doing well. Tonight right before the lights went out (on timer) It started to release this red slime from its mouth (some of the slime is still stuck to its mouth). it is now looking distressed and shrinking and some of the tentacles near the mouth are turning green. I moved it to a hospital tank (took the whole rock it was attached to out). It just happened so suddenly. Is it dying? It just ate yesterday and was looking great. Any ideas? Thanks.

Probably just, well, pooping. Especially since it just ate yesterday.

I'd second the pooping theory... my RBTA likes scaring the hell outta me by doing it too! You only have worry if they stay like it for more than a day and/or their mouth starts gaping wide.

Yeah, probably just pooping you would have put it under quite a bit of stress putting it in that hospital tank

this is why you should leave your tank alone for the most part!!!! Someone I know is constantly screwing with their tank and they wonder why they always have problems!!!
