Anemone Removal

I have a quickly growing condy anemone that is starting to encroach on my field of xenia. The two seem to coexist moderately amicably but I know that won't last longer as the condy increases in size. The other day I had to pull a xenia stalk out of its mouth and luckily it hadn't been digested yet. The foot of the condy is embedded about 4 inches into a hole in the rock and it is apparently pretty well situated. I have no way of reaching the bottom of the foot to apply ice or pressure. Do you think if I made an opaque cover for the condy that after a day or two it might uproot to look for a brighter location?

Thanks,

Laramie

I was able to get mine to release from his hole, by moving his rock in to a slightly higher flow area. Not enough to hurt him just enough flow to irritate and make him want to move.
