Anemone shrinking

I have a bulb tip and Lta about a week old and they shrink and close up when lights come on. Are they still getting use to the lighting when the lights are off they are open.

I got a bubble tip also about a week and half ago. At night time he;d be completly inflated and the second i turned on the lights he shrinked. Thought he was a weeny. He hid under my rocks. I moved the rocks around today and now hes doing great. Not afraid anymore. just give him some time and he should do fine

About an hour ago my GTBA deflated so much it looked like it was melting. The only thing I did was stick my hand in the water to adjust my koralia's. The new movement stirred stuff up.

I just came back from checking it out and it looks normal. Tips are full and my maroon clown is fluffing it up. I'm guessing it was something in my skin or whatever I stirred up.
