Anemone split again

Hey guys, my rbta split about 3-4 weeks ago and healed up and everything was good and healthy, but just now I saw that it split again today. Is there something wrong or is it alright to split twice in about a month. By the way the anemone was at least 10" before it split, the first time. Do you think that's why it split?

Yeah, sounds normal to me. Especially since it was that big. Yesterday was a full moon btw. :3 They tend to split around full moons.

What're your water parameters & how long has your tank been set up? Sometimes anemones split when they're stressed & unhappy w/ water, lighting, etc.

My parameters are:
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:5ppm
Phosphate: .25ppm
Ph: 7.7
The tank has been running for about 2 1/2 years.

My temp. Is 80 F
S.g. is 1.030 I'm trying to bring it down slowly because I heard if you drop it too fast everything can die. Do you think this is the reason it split?

Could be. Do you know what the source SG was? How long did you acclimate it?

Source specific gravity - IE your LFS was running 1.026

Oh, I'm not sure what the source of the SG was. But I had the anemone for about 3 months and it just split once a month ago and once last week. so I dont think it was because of the transfer 3 months ago. I also dont remember how long I acclimated it for, I think it was about an hour, but not positive.
