anemone splitting & having babies

Well I have had 2 anemones in my tank since the start. They came on my live rock I bought. They are a common variety that are lime green and beige/brown and called flower anemones. They've always ate well and have grown like weeds. The larger one has decided to split. I've been wondering if it's unhappy since I know sometimes that can be the case. But then when I was sitting there looking at it I realized that below it, several inches on the bottom of the rock, there are 8 little anemones that have the same type of base. They are the same only tiny compared to the others. I hope this is a good thing. :)

Congrats. Yes, it's worth being concerned because sometimes it's an indication of trouble brewing, but I've also had anemones split when things were very stable in the tank. The mother was just big enough that it made more sense to split then grow bigger.
