Anemone Splitting..

Is there anything I should do special for my anemone that just split????

nope, just wait a few days and offer small meals when they look like they're ready to eat.

Protect any powerheads heaters and overflows. They often wander after splitting.

do a water change today or tomorrow, wait 2 or 3 days and do another water change. It helps them heal (advice i was given, mine just split too)

oddly enough, my splits are catching the clowns food and trying to eat it... they stick it to the piece of mouth they have left and it just hangs there... hermit crabs eventually start swarming and i knock it off lol

Just make sure that if you do a water change your salinity matches and your temp doesn't fluctuate too much.

cant think of any reson to not do a water change.. unless you changed like 50% or more the day b4...

I had only seen a couple of rbta's before I got this one.. The others were not quite as red.. More washed out looking.. I got this one from a local reefer for about half of what my LFS wanted for a washed out one...
