Anemone Supplements

This one for those of you with an anemone only tank. I cannot seem to find info on this elsewhere.

What supplements to you add to your anemone only tank?

I dont think "anemone supplements" even exist.

Anemones don't need any supplements beyond feeding and those required to keep water quality in normal parameters (i.e. alkalinity).

variety of fresh food is what they need. I added SELCON to the food (pump selcon into the stomach of siverside or injected into shrimp.)

They do need some trace elements but they wil be more than adequately provided for by the natural sea water or salt mix you use.

I just soak my silverslides in selcon for a few minutes. never thought to inject it.... creepy

Selecon is pretty much only to "turbo charge" silversides or shrimp you are to feed the anemone. You dont have to do it, but it does help alot. You can also use Cyclopeeze..its also very good stuff.
