Anemone + Trigger or Groupers?

Has anyone kept anemones with trigger fish and/or groupers? The tank is a 90 gallon (48 x 18 x 25).

Yes, but in a ~300gal tank and you need to be quite picky about the mix. Water quality will be quite the challenge in a 90gal once the larger fish mature.

Trigger choices would need to lean toward the "reef safe" variety, blue throat, etc.
Anemone choices should be the more water quality and injury friendly variety, BTA.

So you're saying no Picasso or Clown trigger? Do the triggers attack the anemones?

Not speaking for Scott, but I sure wouldn't put either one of those two in a tank with anemones.

But, then again I personally wouldn't have any trigger in a 90, and for sure not in a 90 with anemones.
