Anemone turning brown

I have a pink tip anemone that was bleached when it was given to me.
It has recently started turning light brown. I have fed him put him in excellent water quality, I have 3 watts of light per gallon on him, I supplement him with iron. Is he sick or is this normal. I'm fairly new and don't have any experience with anemones. Thank You for any Help

It is a wonderful sign. That means the anemone is regaining its zooxanthellae algae. Im sure you have an H. crispa. A picture would help. Also its not about how many watts you have but the intensity of it. What for lighting do you have? Where is the anemone placed? Why are you supplementing iron?
