Anemone- what type for tank and light

Hi, I am stocking my large display tank & two 60 gallon side displays. One of the 60 gallon side displays has rainbow bubble nems and snowflake clowns. The bubble nems have been 12" away from a kessil 150a and doing great for several months. They are colorful, sticky, eating shredded shrimp well.

The other 60 gallon side display needs to be stocked. It is a 24" cube with a kessil a150 light. The flow comes from the return pump so no powerheads in the tank and I can turn up the flow.

The question is do I need more light for another type of anemone? Or is it best to stick with bubble tip anemones?

Lighting really depends on the type of anemone you're planning to keep.

For a 60 gallon cube, I would recommend a Kessil A350/360 instead of a A150. This way you can have light-loving nems like H. magnifica or S. gigantea.

Yes, I know a higher powered light would let me keep a wider range. Maybe when I recover from the cost of the tank build I'll do that :) but right now would like to stick with what I have. If I didn't change lights is there any other clown hosting anemone other than BTA that would do well in this light? Thx for the feedback.

BTA's are the least light requiring of the clown-hosting anemones.
