anemone

I really like my LTA (long Tentacle anenome) that i have had for about 2 yrs. now and have had no trouble at all with it. They are not really the best looking type of anenome but i think they are one of the easiest to care for.

Avatar is my LTA

no anemone is what you could call easy to care for they require excellent water conditions, moderate to strong current, and intense lighting... um you could try the:

- Bulb Anemone
- Long Tentacle Anemone
- Curly-Cue Anemone
- Rock Flower Anemone
- Condy Anemone
- Haitian Reef Anemone
- Tube Anemone
- Pizza Anemone

These anemones have been classafied as Care Level: Moderate
Whatever anemone you pick make shure you research, research, research... and make shure that you have all the requirements for your anemone!

If i where you id wait til your tank is 1 year old that way your tank will be in great condition for your tank to host an aneemone... thats what i am doing anyway...

what is the best and easiest to care for clownfish host anemone?

Anemones aren't easy to keep. They require a well establised tank and enough lighting to keep them living. Also, the anemone hosts the clownfish, not the other way around.

sorry-I had to laugh. The thread went from 'well, this type is ok' to don't get one-they are trouble
ok, back to the thread...

I have a tube anemone and it is doing great, also just got another one but can not remember the name, i have no trouble with them they look great and when fully open about the size of a saucer. They have been easy for me to care for, and I am a year into all this, I love them.
