Anemone?

I've had my false perc for almost a year and a half now. She was hosting in a hammer coral that died about 6 months ago (yes, I have learned my lesson about water changes!). Since then, she has not hosted on any of the other corals. After watching some of the clowns playing in the anemones at the lfs, I thought maybe I should add one to my tank.

I was looking at getting a BTA, since I've heard that they're one of the (relatively) easier anemones to care for, and have lower lighting requirements. I'm running 4x110 VHOs, and the tank is 22" deep. I'm looking at placing it towards the top of the tank, about 10-12" from the top. Any thoughts on how it might do in my tank?

Bouble Tips are cool, I am looking to get one in the future... from what I've heard they do not require a lot of light.

My brother's Hammerhead coral died a few weeks back as well and he had a pretty nice colony too...

My false Perc is hosting in a BTA and both of them are doing great, my BTA is under 2*96 Power Quads in a 55gallon tank and positioned about half way down. Your 4 *110 VHO's should be plenty of juice.

Karen, my green bta was under that lighting for over two years before I increased to MH. That bugger has split over a dozen times and I have two or three in my tank right now. I will be selling several of my softies in the next week to make room for the switch to the 110 tall sps reef.

I will put your name down for one, if you are still interested. Price will be $20

I will try to post a pic of that and all my softies that will be for sale tonight (hopefully). I had to turn the lights back on, so some things may not open back up.
