Anemones and PAR

I'm looking at upgrading my lights to LEDs in hopes of getting an LTA. The system I'm looking at getting has the most concentrated area of lighting to have a PAR reading of 250-300. My problem is I have no idea what that means or at what PAR reading most nems are happy. Can anyone help me out?

I had an LTA in a 20long for a year and it it became 4x it original size under a 2x 65w PC bulbs at 124 Par then I sold it to a guy with 400w halides inLlumenarcs and it became 27" in diameter so he gave it to a guy with a 600g tank.

A Long tentacle should do very well anywhere from 200-600 par.
