Heres a issue that wasnt addressed, what about the puffer and lion? IMO a Dwarf lion wont be fast enough to escape those puffer teeth if it decides to start finsnacking. Not to mention that the puffer will outcompete the lion for food aswell.

Have you thought about Condylactis anenomes? They can be somewhat large and hardy. I personally have one that surived a tank die-off.
