I got a rose anemone last week from someone, and i think the trauma from the rock being split that the nem was attached to caused it to split 2 days after it was put into my tank. Now both of them are moving out of view and underneath rocks, i know they will move where they want, but will they come back into the light?

What lights do you have, and what lights were they under?
I wouldn't always count on them coming back into the light. Many years ago I sold off some live rock and was surprised to see some bleached RBTA clones that never came back into the light. I had no idea how long they had been under the rocks.
