Anemones not doing so great after tank transfer

I recently graduated from my first tank (20-gal nano) to a 200-gal real tank. I had a bubble tip in my first tank. The guy who sold me his 200g had a few anemones as well.

During the transfer we took part of the water from the 200-gal, part from the 20-gal, and filled the rest with new water, about 50 gal.

Now the bubbletip from my original nano has shrunken, and some of the others aren't doing too great, too. I don't notice much movement.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help them recover?

Thanks... Chris

In fact I see the white center of the bubble tip exposed to the outside, something I've never seen before. It doesn't look right.

Anemones like stability. So the move must've stressed them. Keep conditions stable and they may bounce back.
