Anemone's tenticles twisting off

Hey, I have a RBTA and the tenticles seem to twist around and around until they twist right off, what can I do to prevent further twisting? I think its lost about 10 tenticles already. I think my clowns might be the culprit with the twisting and twisting.

I'd say it's your clowns. Hopefully they'll calm down. How long have the nem and clowns been together?

So at some point if they dont calm down I need to separate the two correct?

When the tentecal come off of a anemone its typicly due to the fact that the anemone is stressed!
