As alot of you have seen I recently got a pair of Naked Clownfish. I added them to my display tank after trapping and moving the Gold Striped Maroon clown to my wife's tank.
I have a beautiful Green Carpet (S. Haddoni) in my tank and a sickly RBTA that I got from a good friend am am slowly nursing back to health. It's looking better each day.
On to my point, The new clowns showed no interest in either anemone in my tank so I ordered 2 Sebae anemones to try and had planned to move whichever they did not take to to other tanks. The Sebaes will be arriving on Tuesday. They are very big and healthy looking. I have pics of them.
Now all of a sudden one of the clowns took to the RBTA! He keeps the other away but not out of sight. They are still buddies but he/she won't let the other in yet. I am sure in time they will pair and share the anemone.
So now I have no place to really keep the Sebae's when they arrive and would like to offer them to any of our club members that want one or two at a great price.
I will let them go for $20 each or $35 for the both of them. I can provide the pics I have from the people I got them from if wanted. Just PM me with your email addy for pics.
I would like them to be picked up Tuesday afternoon so they don't get stressed from being bagged twice if that's at all possible. I can house then for a few days if I have to.
So here is a chance to get a nice size Sebae at a very good price if any of you want them. My loss is your gain. They really are nice looking but I don't want 4 anemone's in my 55G tank from 3 different species. I want to keep the Carpet & the RBTA and my GBTA is in my wife's tank hosting the GSM.
My Wife's tank will not support a sebae with the lighting it has for even a short time. She wants one but I can't do that to the animal knowing it needs more light than her 29G has.
