Anenome help!

I'm not sure what's wrong with this anenome. A while ago it was perfectly fine. What happened and what do I do?

How long have you had it?

How long has it been like this? We will all prob need more info. Parameters? Anything new in tank? Any swings in temp, salinity, etc? New lights or flow?

I've had it for a few weeks. And I think the problem was a huge swing of things. My main tank had an issue and I had to rush and make a quarantine tank and I put in it that(has LED lighting on that instead of the t5 on my main tank) so I think it might have just been startled? It seems to be better now
