i just bought a coral beauty and was wondering about any specefics i should know about them?

With all due respect, it's best for the fish and the aquarist if these questions are asked prior to purchase. Study the fish at some of the on line sellers. Buy one of Scott W. Michael's books.

I have to agree, it's much better to research first. When you're buying an angel it's important to make sure they're eating in the store -- many refuse to eat and don't make it. CBs are pretty tough as angels go, hopefully yours will be fine. They can also be coral nippers. Some never bother corals, other sample from time to time, and others just go to town and eat everything in sight.
They're beautiful, intelligent, territorial fish. They like to graze, so you may want to invest in a seaweed clip and some dried seaweed (nori from an Asian market or seaweed sheets from the LFS). They also enjoy meaty foods like mysis, and pellets. Mine eats just about anything, he's an absolute pig.

it is your luck that the coral beauty angel happens to be a fish that is easy to keep. They don't need large tanks (30 gallons or so will be fine) as they only get around 5 inches or so. they graze a lot on algae and need lots of hiding spots. Not really picky about what they eat.
Assuming you didn't research him much did you quarantine?

Well here's another opinion - they get to be up to 4 inchs and need at least a 55 g tank packed w/LR
