Angel with white film around his mouth?

My flame angel has ick i believe. It is developing a white film around his mouth and has stopped eating today. yesterday he was totally fine. What gives? What should i do?

Well im not sure if this is recommended or will work, but i read about a freshwater dip? So i dipped him in RO water. I herd to leave him in it for 30-45 seconds and i read that some people will leave him in the water for up to 8-10min. Well i dipped him in it for 5min. He sunk straigh to the bottom of course. After 5min was up i rushed him right back to the tank. He of course went straight into hiding. It looks like the film that was around his mouth has broken up into tiny pieces and is falling off. Ill do this again maybe in 2 days if he dosent fully recover.

Well it looks more like Brooklynella. I have no way of getting that formalin 3 stuff today. or tomorrow. Guess im screwed.
