Hi Reefers,
I just posted my first episode of "Reef Tank Gardens" on YouTube. Here's the summary and link for this video:

The Blue-Spotted Jawfish is a "special needs" fish in the marine aquarium. This video introduces this delightful, curious, and personable little fish and explains what it takes to keep the Blue-Spotted Jawfish healthy, happy, and content in a salt water tank.

Here's the video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=391YwGXIUI4

I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me so I can improve on future videos. Thanks!

Not bad.

If you want nit picky help, there are a couple things I would recommend.

Use a tripod. Even though your video isn't shaky, it still has some wobble and bob/move going on. A tripod will make it look a lot more professional.

Get an HD camera. Or if you have one, then upload to You Tube in higher quality.

It depends what your target audience is, but if you want to look "semi-pro" at all, you need to be smooth and you need high quality video.

Otherwise, you're easy to listen to, so that's nice. Some people talk and mutter during their videos, they dont have planned out what they are going to say and they just sound like goofballs, I normally stop their videos 10 seconds in :)

Very nice job Laurie!
I especially like Angelo talking at the end, he is adorable.
I look forward to your second video, to learn about how to keep the sun polyps open all the time!!!

Recty: Thanks for your feedback! It's helpful and I appreciate it!

blennielove: Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. :) I'll let you know when the sun polyp episode is online.

Great video, cant wait until the next one. Don't change a thing, just keep doing what u r doing. Tons of great information....

Very cute....Great job with the video and thanks for sharing! IMO you don't need to change anything! Keep us posted for the next videos!

Nice video, I love my BSJF. The yellow head are great also and either I got lucky or it may be the norm but one of my BS and PJ's holes are only 4" apart and they get along just fine

Bret: Thanks Bret! I appreciate the feedback! :)

alton: Thanks alton. I had read that BS Jawfish fight with each other when there are 2 in the tank. Maybe they're compatible if you have two different species. Hopefully others will weigh in on this and let us know. Congrats on your two getting along and being neighbors - that's terrific! :)
