if anmonia its 50 ppm that could kill my soft corals because some of my corals are die

Your ammonia should be at 0. Anything above that and it can and will affect almost everything in your tank.

Why is it so high? Water changes are in order to get that down pronto.

api test kits don't even read 50ppm of ammonia. are you sure it isn't nitrates?

ok thats sounds better than 50 however still not good if you have corals, or anything live for that matter. you deff. need to get that lowered and fast. water changes and also use prime or amiquel+.

how long has the tank been setup?

Still way too high? Did something die recently in the tank?

You need to start doing some water changes, aorund 25% or a little more and get that down to 0.
