I love ecotech lights and hence I have a few of them, but I hate reeflink... really hate it. 8 out of 10 times I turn on would not change to blue light. I have tried everything mentioned in several threads here to get it to turn blue. Sometimes it works but most of the time it does not. I am so tempted to nominate a shonky award for reeflink in our Australian Choice magazine. I so frustrated every time I turn that useless modem on.
 
All of the negative posts on here is what has stopped my from buying one. They dropped it from $200 to $100, and that makes it more tempting..........but still too many issues with it.

If you're having trouble with your ReefLink, I would recommend contacting us directly for more advanced troubleshooting.

Unfortunately we are in different time zone. I have tried update software, remove connection manager and then download it again, unplug and then plug in usb over and over, move modem to various spots, but reeflink will only turn blue occasionally. Could you please tell me how would your customer service team help me with a permanent solution if I contact them? I am no IT person but if so many people are having issue with reeflink then it must has some fundamental flaws in it.

If you have a ReefLink you will not want to be using the Connection Manager as the ReefLink takes the Connection Managers place. I would recommend emailing our customer service team. From there we will be able to remotely log into your account and find the issue.
