Anorexic blenny

I've had a striped blenny for over a year. The past two weeks he's gotten extremely thin despite being very active and still eating every day. Only other tank mate is a juvenile captive bred whitespotted filefish. Tank parts consistent 1.025 salinity, etc.

Poor guy looks undersea but if I feed much more I'm going to have a nitrate issue. Only thing I can think of is internal parasite. Any thoughts?

Yeah internal parasite sounds right. If he is still eating normally. Can you move him to a qt and do 2 rounds of prazi?

Also, I wouldn't worry so much about nitrate, that's fixable. I'd feed him as much as he can eat 4-5x a day until he's healthy again. The liver the better - worms from the lfs are good, as are whole clams from a supermarket (opened, then frozen, then shaved into the tank) or high quality frozen stuff from a pet store.
His chances of fighting off a cootie, and surviving treatment, are much better if he's as fat as you can get him. That looks like it hurts
