another blank screen

I have had my apex for about 2 months that I bought from marine depot. I tried to change the programing on an outlet through my home network when the web browser froze so I tried to use the display unit and it also froze. I unplugged the display and plugged it in. When it turned back on the screen was blank. The display back light is on and the status light on the EB8 and base unit are solid green. The lights and pumps are turning off and on normally. I could not get a hold of Neptune all day.
Any ideas?

never mind! Got it working! I unplugged the power to the EB8 a couple times and it started working.

This is a classic problem that for most units was solved with a firmware update, I think one of the later 4.03 patches. If you're current, then that's not it.
