Another Bulb ?

I'm looking for a 250W 10K DE bulb that I will be running on an HQI ballast. This is going on my 30 gallon cube with no actinic supplement. I'm looking for a bright white or bright white with a tint of blue, just no YELLOW!!!
I'm currently using a Phoenix 14K and I like the bulb I'm not happy with it's 5 - 6 month life. I'm also looking for a little more PAR.
I've looked at the:
EVC 10K
Aqualine 10K
XM 10K : Too yellow from what I've read
Geissman 13.5K
Aquaconnect

Can anyone give me any advice, if you have pics that would be great. I'm done with this and just want to order a bulb!

Try a 10k reeflux or a 12k . Take a look at my gallery and see what you think .

I've tried the reflux 10K and was yellow for me. The 12K was nice. Running a giesmann 13K now and like it. Just put on a 10K BLV and its also nice. No yellow so far.

As far as 14K goes, I will either use Phoenix or Hamilton. I actually like the Hamilton better. Blues seen to come out better.

Hey badbones do you have anypictures of the 12k I am also looking to replace my 14k P. Dont like them afther 6-8months. Also any pics of the G's 13K. Thanks

Nice pics! What bulb are you running on those? The 10 or 12K? Are they the DE or SE and what ballast are you driving them with?
