Another Clam lighting question

Ok...I know there are alot of similar questions about clam lighting that have already been adressed in this forum...but...my tank is a tad unique with respect to lighting.

I have a 30g partial cube that is 24x24x12....
That being said there is a 4.25" refugium within the tank via a false wall.

I curently have 130 watts of Pc's and 30 watts of t5's on the tank...which means aproxamatly 160 watts on a 24 gallon tank(the sump/ refuge is lit by a smaller light)

Being that the tank is so short only 12"... and the lights would be less than 12" from the sandbed...would I be able to keep more light demanding clams?

While this question is very similar too others within this forum, my tank has an aquward shape and one that is perfect for clams and lighting.--keep that in mind. :)

Thanks for the help. I know all you clam experts will have alot of great information to share :)

Thanks!! :)

i personally have never seen a tank sustain clam life for very long with pc lighting no matter how many lights or the size of the tank. i would try a derasa and see if that will live first. good luck to you
