Ok...I know there are alot of similar questions about clam lighting that have already been adressed in this forum...but...my tank is a tad unique with respect to lighting.
I have a 30g partial cube that is 24x24x12....
That being said there is a 4.25" refugium within the tank via a false wall.
I curently have 130 watts of Pc's and 30 watts of t5's on the tank...which means aproxamatly 160 watts on a 24 gallon tank(the sump/ refuge is lit by a smaller light)
Being that the tank is so short only 12"... and the lights would be less than 12" from the sandbed...would I be able to keep more light demanding clams?
While this question is very similar too others within this forum, my tank has an aquward shape and one that is perfect for clams and lighting.--keep that in mind.
Thanks for the help. I know all you clam experts will have alot of great information to share
Thanks!!
