Seems to be a popular thread title today... 
One of my 6100's is dead. Was working fine and at some point has stopped on its own. No beeps.
I've tried switching transformers and plug outlets.
Its clean. I just tore both impellers down and give them good cleanings 2-3 weeks ago... Checked again today to make sure.
