Need help with another ID.....
The last post about Aiptasia was for a coworker and unfortunately I think I may have been struck by the same thing.....
Noticed it in my refugium this evening but when I moved the rock to get a picture the actual piece closed up. However I did notice these long white "stalks" (or what looked like stalks). I included a picture. I've had that piece of rock in my tank since the beginning (about 4 months) and haven't added anything to the refugium for about a month (macro algae and hermits) although I did add some Zoas from a frag swap to the DT (after a dip of course!).
I looked in the DT and saw no sign of any of those pieces or "stalks". Thanks for the help as always!!
