Another Issue

Well my pump that was serviced like a month ago is acting wierd now.
I have 2 pumps running right now on reef crest. The one pump works fine when is going slow but as soon as it starts going faster the pump starts pulsing. The light on the driver doesnt change colors but it pulses as well so does the green light on the power supply. The only way I've been able to get the pump out of that stage is if I set it to constant speed, and then from a low speed I turn the knob really fast to the max speed.
I checked for alignment, anything blocking the proppeller, pin spacer, etc. Everything seems normal.
Is there anything else that I can do?

Sounds like you have a loose connection, you have battery back up by any chance?

You can swap transformers, if it follows the transformer that is your problem.

did the swap and you got it right, it follows the power supply transformer. Now what?

Contact them here service@ecotechmarine.com ask for a new transformer if it's still under warranty?
