I had another Kessil A360E die on me today. This makes number 3.
One of my key reasons of going with LED was that they might last up to 10 years, but I'm starting to wonder if their lifespan is grossly exaggerated.
The issue with Kessils is on top of that, that they are not repairable as most other fixtures that use discrete LEDs. They are pretty much like a light bulb that you got to toss once it is done. Additionally, there is the uncertainty that individual LEDs may have died without you being able to tell.
I wasn't really planning on bailing on Kessil as I like the light and the simplicity, but this is starting to get expensive. So I may have to start looking for suitable alternatives to replace the dead one and also my remaining 5 A360Es.
