There is about 1 unit weight of CU in each 4 unit weight of this powder. Based of molecular weight calculation, this is very close.
I have enough for many generations of me!
The concentration referred to is 0.15 to 0.3 ppm metallic copper.
Straight copper has the advantages of capping the copper concentration. The disvantage is instability that cause it to drop off. This is also an advantage in limiting overdose exposure.
Cheleated copper has the advantage of greater stabililty with calcerous material.
I have no opinion as to which is better, just that I have used straight copper for 30 years.
