I doubt it is Ocean Direct. THey are in the process of moving and upgrading there store.

Doubt it's Seven Seas... they are in Altamonte Springs, not Longwood and they have been in business for over 10 years (as opposed to the two years referenced in the ad).

didn't the store have new owners as of a few years ago? i think the british couple sold it a couple of years back

just found this. they are in Altamonte Springs but they are very close to oceans direct and tom's place. he just bought the store not to long ago.

i have heard that reef works is trying to sell. that would make sense because 2 years is about how long they have been in business..or the store on 434 in winter spring. i know that fishy business is in no way going out of business and they have been in business almost 30 years.

Fish Bowl, Fishy Business and Pet Safari all have Longwood addresses. Exotic Aquarium (on 434) is considered Casselberry.
I'm thinkin Jade2122 is right, maybe the location listed isn't the store location but where they live.

Well I can tell you it's not Seven Seas. We're undergoing a long term remodel and staying at the current location for at least a couple more years.

Chris at Reefworks said today that it wasn't him, and Tommy over at Exotic Aquarium is redoing all the coral tanks in starfire as we speak so I'm pretty sure it's not him either.

it does say something about critter cages.

large fish and coral holding systems along with large critter system and plenty of shelving stocked with drygoods

Why is it that people have to attack? I read the same sort of comments when Blue Reef Marine closed.

Maybe before making any bad comments about stores, think of the investment that these people have invested and now have lost or loosing.

For those who feel it's necessary to make such comments, take your money out of your wallet and flush it down the toilet. How then would you feel?

x2, if it was my comment, I was being quite serious, some of the hellraisers called kids should be on leashes that were in the store... If I did that stuff when I was a kid with my parents, put my hands into tanks or smack the tanks, I would walked out of the store with a limp.
