Another mixing clown question

I have a pretty established Maroon Clown hosting in an RBTA. He's only about 1 1/2" - 2". Atm he's housed with a Royal Gramma and a Lawnmower Blenny and is not aggressive towards either but attacks the algae magnet every time it sweeps by him and his anemone. Would it be a bad idea to add an OC or a Perc to the tank? I've heard of 2 types of clowns mixing together (buddying up not breeding) and sharing the same anemone with no issues before as long as the less aggressive fish is smaller when introduced.

Maroons are aggressive , especially when already attacking your magnet! you need more than a 29 gallon for more than one clown. Clowns are better when introduced at once and the same size , age. why not ad a wrasse or banggai cardinals?

What's that paired up in your avatar?

An attempted maroon and ocellaris pair. I tried it I was really hoping it would work and against all advice from the people on this site.

Its been done before but ive done alot of research since my attempt at pairing them and im convinced you have to be extremely lucky and have a super passive maroon.

Damn, I've tried OC Clowns with my same RBTA with no luck but the Maroon took to it right away seeing it's a natural host for it.
