I have followed the directions from a previous post which recommended 10ml per 1/2 cup of tank water for 5 minutes. I haven't seen flat worms or red bug on any of my corals since I began this protocol. I don't think that 10 ml per liter is going to do it for you. Every coral I have dipped from Red Dragon SPS to some cheap zoas have done just fine - I haven't lost one coral due to the dip.
I will also add that before I place the corals in my display tank, that I take a frag off of the frag (usually 1/4 to 1/2 inch piece), then I inspect it very closely under a CFL with a magnifying glass. This is about as thorough as you get. I start with a specimen that already appears to be pest free. Cutting just the tip of a frag will help eliminate any chance of AEFW eggs being attached to the coral, and then inspecting them from head to toe to quadruple ensure they are pest free.
