Another problem with my 6100

The alarm started going off last night so i unplugged it and decided to clean it when i got home. I pulled the magnet and the prop out but the little plastic peice on the other end of the magnet (the side that holds the rubber bushing against the inside) was completely sealed inside the housing...

I tried to chip away at the calcium build up and i still could not get it free and i think iv done some damage to that little plastic peice sealing the rubber bushing inside..

Roger can you help me out with this? Do should i send it out to you again or? Please let me know.

It will probably need to be replaced, is this your only 6100?

No i have just 1 6100 running off the controller now.

What needs to be replaced the entire pump?

No, just the impeller assembly, if you send it in I can hone out the scratches to some extent, if they are deep I cannot get it perfect. I can also remove the old drive unit parts and install a new one.

Awsome thanks can I have your address again. If it means anything this is the same pump i sent back to you once before that had the cracked impeller magnet... i dont know if there is something wrong with the thing itself or not.
