Another RO-DI thread... Sorry

I am sorry for another RO-DI thread. I am still a newbie. Forgive me.

I am need of setting up a complete RO-DI system in my basement that will simply produce good water for my tank. I will have to transport the water to my tank by buckets for now.

So I need a unit and something to hold the clean water in (really dont want to use a trash can - need something that will not be able to spill) and also, if possible, a water shut off unit.

All this for under $200.00.

All suggestion would be appreciated.

Also, if you know of any great Youtube vids on how to install a RO-DI unit that also would be great.

Thanks all

Go to Bulk Reef Supply they have videos on how to setup the RO/DI. I purchased the 75 GPD RO/DI 5 Stage *PLUS* System with 150GPD upgrade kit. I use a 22gallon Brute trash can for water storage the RO/DI water goes into the trash can also bought the float switch so I can operate unattended. It shuts off when the trash can is full. You just drill a hole in the side of the trash can to install the float switch. I also bought a caddy for the trash can so I can just wheel it around to the tank. Unit works great!!!

Thank you so much. Great help!!!!

I wish I knew about the group buy ahead of time. I just bought the 6 stage deluxe kit a few months ago from BRS and it works great. I need to double check my water pressure now. I think I may order the 150GPD upgrade if I have enough pressure.
