Another Salt Question

I just mixed up IO Reef Crystal salt into 90 gal of water my tank about a week ago and brought the SG to 125. Higher than the 122-123 I normally use but found 125 recommended better. So I'm running the system through sump, refuguim, skimmer everthing to see how it all going to work together before livestock. Question: There is q good deal of dust on the bottom of the tank that didn't dissolve, would that be normal with IO reef crystal? Should I ingore that ? Should I siphon it out?

The "dust" is probably precipitated calcium...most of it will dissolve, but what does not is not harmful
