Another silly question about fishes teeth.

We have procucts for animals teeth to keep them healthy and strong.

I doubt it but is there anything for a pirahanas tooth health?
Or just feed them really bony meat?

What kind of question is this on a reef site :p

My guess is yeah, you're going to need to feed it as close as possible to natural habitat, which if my limited FW knowledge serves me correctly, should include live feeder guppies or goldfish. They have bones in 'em, so that should do the job at keeping their teeth worn down to 'healthy' levels.

Feed them helfrichi firefish! Just kidding. I don't know if too many people on this site know much about pirahanas. :)

they should be fed bits of whole fish: I had one. They do not do well, say, on hamburger or chicken. they're fish-eaters, and they consume much of the whole fish, excepting, usually, the spine and head. They should also be fed white meat fish, as opposed to, say, salmon or tuna.
