Another t5 ?

I'm trying to find out what is going to be a better lighting set up for par . Looking into ice cap 48" t5 54w retro set up or a 60" 80w standard ballast. I have been looking on diy lighting web site . So over powered 48" or standard 60" tank is 62" long and I'm using it for add to my 2 250w se 12k reeflux set up now looking at ati bulbs 1 aquablue and 2 blue plus and 1 pro color .
