Another thread got me thinking

I was reading a recent thread about fragging a carpet anemone and it seemed very interesting to me. He mentioned that someone was fragging RBTA's. Knowing that the wild populations were hit pretty hard with over collection, it seems logical that captive production is the way to go from now on with this particular animal and 'nems in general. So my question is, has anyone reading this thread actually been successfull in dividing/fragging anemones and how did you do it. Yes I know that there were some basic parameters that were discussed in the previous thread, but I am looking more for details then just "So and So said do this."
