another wavebox question

I have a 100 gallon tank 60"Lx18"W24"H im running 2 820seios a tunze stream 6080 and a mag12 for my return. I have plenty of flow for my coral but im getting a lot of dead spots behind my rocks. I plan on replacing the 2 seios with the wavebox. Will adding a wavebox help with eliminating those dead spots?

forgot to ask if getting a set of 6000s or 6100s with controller would be better.

The Wavebox would be the best choice, it does give flow through the whole tank.
