Another What Is This Question..

I am starting to see a lot of life appear in my three week old tank as it nears the end of its cycle. Being inexperienced most everything I see, I need to research to get an I.D. of what it is.
Can anyone tell me what these little translucent "leaf like" organisms that are multiplying by the thousands on my glass are? I have not been able to match its I.D. online anywhere yet. At best guess I would say it's some sort of algae as it does not appear to move, just wave in the current.

Its been a long while since my last bio course. At a glance it looks almost like flagellate protozoa. However it could be an algae or larval stage of something. When setting up a new tank there are often waves of population explosions of various organism. They often eat themselves out of house and home and vanish as mysteriously as they arrive. Either way, I don't think it is anything to worry about.
