anthias changing sexes

Im thinking about ordering 3 or 4 ventralis anthias from Live Aquaria, but they only have females.
Is it guaranteed that one will change?
Is it going to be stressful for one of them to go through the sex change?
How long does it usually take for it to happen?

It is not guaranteed, but i bought a pair of anthias, and 1 went missing for 3~4weeks,i thought it died, then one evening it was out and about, except that it now has longer fins and more colors. They recently started practice spawning, but they do it near the surface.I would assume 1 would take the role of the male.

Ventralis are VERY difficult anthias to keep alive long term. They require a very mellow, peaceful tank. Lots of shaded areas are a must. If this is your first time keeping anthias, I'd pick a hardier species. HTH.
