I have 2 females and one male the male died 4 months ago since then I have been watching the larger female become dominant towards the other female and now the larger female is turning male my question is how do I go about adding 3-4 more females to the tank without the new male getting aggressive toward the new females? when I 1st got them I added the male and 2 weeks later added the females.

You should be fine simply adding them in after QT. You'll likely have less aggression if you get smaller fish than your secondary male. That way, they won't be seen as a threat to its dominance.
