I originally asked for bartlett fairy's but someone said this may be a bicolor?
My pic was not the best, and anthias was pretty young/small at the time.
I want to add more, and want to be sure which it is I have, and don't see pics similar on liveaquaria, so hoping someone can confirm for me.
TIA

Looks like a dispar to me now.

Here's why I originally said bicolor, based on the, ahem, clear photo I had to work with ;)

Thanks for link Peter, it does look very much like that pic, just not such a seperation line down the body, but maybe it hasn't matured yet, or maybe other was different sex or something.
I've had this guy almost a year now, still very small compared to the lyretails, but hangs out w/ them.
Despite staying so small, it sure eats fine, even spectrum pellets.(which the lyretails won't touch)

Actually, I believe Kevin also found some dispars living with/looking like/imported as bartletts, so I'm going to guess dispar at this point. I'm surprised your lyretails are still being so picky.

Kevin at QM?
That is where these came from.
Lyretails are wolfing down mysis, brine, cycloseze, and they suck in spectrum pellets but spit em back out.
They do all seem very healthy though.
One female seems to have a semi spike, yet still orange color like others, but I assume looking at her that she would be first to take over if given the chance.

No Kevin Kohen from LiveAquaria.

Might try soaking the pellets a bit first. Some of my anthias won't eat the hard dry ones, but will eat them once they are softer.

Cool, happy to help :) Oh, and maybe throw in another dispar or two... it'll really get this one to color up into a male!

That's the plan.
I got 4 originally, 2 never ate at all, one kinda did.(which seems fitting w/ opinion on them on other post/link you sent)
This guy immediately took up w/ the lyretails, and eats like a pig, hoping to add a few and hope to get lucky now that I have somewhat established anthias harem, and I want that lemon yellow/orange combo.
My chromis swarm w/ them as well, looks pretty nifty!
