Anthias Illness

Anyone know what this is on this female anthias? Head is a little pinched in and the scales are sloughing off.

Brook, uronema or something bacterial from the looks of it.
I would give her a formalin bath and then put her into a sterilized tank. You may need to repeat that a couple of times so I would go with smaller tanks.

How is the fish behaving? How is it breathing?

purchased at LFS a week ago and only been in QT. It is now sitting on bottom after I did a fresh water dip.
