Just gauging interest on the possibility of renting out our current house to a person interested in the hobby and more specifically home hobby fish breeding. The house is near Harlem Ave and Irving Park Rd in Chicago.
long story short....bought the house at the housing peak and can't really sell, but would like to get an extra BR or two for our three kids. I would prefer to rent out to a hobbyist with all the fish equipment included, that way I don't have to remove it all.
Includes 2 BR 2 full bath house with yard. 120 Gal Reef Display Aquarium in basement with Office room and fish room. Fish room contains RODI, 13 tank breeding operation with 7-8 spawning pairs of clownfish. and everything needed to raise the babies. I will help out sharing any information I have to an interested hobbyist on successful rearing techniques.
looking for $1375 to $1500 per month for rent dependant on use of garage.
here are a few pics, I can take some of the kitchen and other rooms later if an interested party presents themselves.
